How every piece comes to you

Made to Order

Every piece in the Antaara edit is made to order by the maker. We do not hold stock. This means each commission is a unique object, made specifically for you, by hand. Lead times vary by piece and maker — we will confirm your timeline when we respond to your enquiry, typically within 48 hours.

The Commission Process

Submit your enquiry via the Commission button on any product page, or through our Enquire page. We will come back to you within 48 hours with availability, your personalised quotation, and your estimated delivery timeline. Once you confirm, we work directly with the maker to begin your commission.

Delivery

We deliver to the UK and Europe. All pieces are shipped fully insured, with white-glove handling for larger or fragile works. Typical lead times from commission confirmation to delivery are 8–16 weeks depending on the piece and maker. We will keep you informed throughout.

Returns & Cancellations

As all pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a commission is confirmed. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@antaara.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
